Hello. My local library has had its Standard Catalog of world paper money nicked and I can't remember what issue it was? I really only used it to look at US currency some time ago but now I've started collecting world notes and need some detailed information. I live in England and have seen a few copies on UK sites but which one should I go for if I'm looking to buy? Issue 16? Thanks.
