Purchased this 1926 from a reputable dealer local to me. Not sure of the rarity, grade, sold to me slightly over bullion price, so my guess not worth more than that. Is this worth getting graded? stgaudens 1926 obv.jpg stgaudens 1926 rev.jpg

Any gold is worth getting graded even if its just for the "Genuine" label.

Sounds like a good price! I've been looking for some around that price :)

Not sure about the grade though.

I would have it graded for a couple of different reasons! Number one is it sounds like you got it cheap enough to make a nice profit off of it if you wanted to sell. Number two reason is for insurance purposes and number 3 is because it's a great looking coin!!
