The 1770 4 reales Potosi looks OK to me. It appears to be the small JR variety, and seems to grade at Very Fine. The Krause catalogue values this coin at $ 225 in this grade. So if the coin is real, it is a good deal. If you have any means to check the weigth, it should weigh approx. 13.53 grams +/- . Check the edge to see if it has a proper ornamented edge. The 8 reales Cob (or Macuquinas as they are called) should weigh approx. 27 grams. If you are interested in spanish colonial, you may want to check out Aureo in Barcelona. They auction of masses of spanish colonial coins from all latin mints at least 6 times / year. Otherwise Ponterio in the US. I collect Spanish colonial from the Santiago and Lima mints. Santiago is quite scarce, specially Charles III coinage. Santiago tends to be counterfeited a lot, specially in the last few years, some very deceptive chinese origin coins have flooded the market.
