Spanish Coin? Real or Fake?

I have what appears to be a Spanish Coin? I am not quite sure.I have looked up some things online but there is so much stuff on the internet it can be over whelming.I am trying to find out first off if this is Spanish or What? Also does anyone know if this is real or fake and how do I tell the difference?

Please see the pictures I have included.I have some other coins but this one is so cool looking I am just trying to see what I can find out about it.

It has on the left side 1 over 4 and then on the right side it has a p over a d from what I can tell.
Any answers or help would be much appreciated.

The pictures aren't very clear, but I'm inclined to agree with GDJMSP. It doesn't strike me as a genuine coin from what I can see... If you can post some better photos, it would help to make the answer more certain one way or the other...
