Spanish and canadian silver coin, is this an error?

I have been collecting foreign coins for a while, but have never noticed anything like this with any of them until yesterday when I bought a few. I am familiar with what coin and medal alignment mean. I picked up a 1960 Canada 50 cent that when you hold it with Elizabeth's head straight up and turn it straight over, the top of the crown between the date, which should be the top, is actually pointing to about between the 2 and 3o'clock position. I also have a Spanish 100 peseta which is the same way. When flipped, I assume that the crown between the 100 and piastre should be at the 6 o'clock position, but is at about the 4 instead. Are these errors? If even very minor ones?
