Spain, Charles II, 1695 silver coin. ID NEEDED.

A few years back I bought this coin from an Italian dealer for 5 euros or so. He couldn't identify it. It's obviously an issue of Charles II of Spain (reigned 1665-1700), and it's dated 1695 on the reverse. I'm unable to find a similar issue in Krause's 17th century world coins. Anyone here know the denomination/mint ?
