Yesterday I traveled down to Watertown for the SD State Coin Show put on by the Kampeska Coin Club. Attendance was good but internet connection inside the Expo building left are lot to be desired.

This was the first time I focused more on currency than coins. These are the only four coins I bought. View attachment 1689369

I did look at prices for silver and they are following in line with the current market. Saw a 1964 JFK half for $18.

There was a respectable crowd at the show considering it is pheasant season., saw a lot of hunters out in the field on my way down. Dealers looked busy.

    Anyway this is what I picked up 20251025_211146.jpg 20251025_211109.jpg 20251025_211037.jpg 20251025_211003.jpg 20251025_210906.jpg 20251025_210929.jpg 20251025_210755.jpg 20251025_210842.jpg 20251025_210724.jpg

That's a nice haul. You got some nice stuff, had a good time, and got to see some fellow collectors. All's good.

Neat notes. The $50 looks like it was folded and kept in a wallet for a long time.
Finally an emergency came up and they had to spend it! :yack:

The Luxemburg note made me laugh. Duche in their language means Dutchess. In Spanish duche means to shower or wash oneself :hilarious:
