I was just reading through some old posts and saw that someone's post containing a link to a dealer who sells coins was removed.I guess I didn't read through the rules thoroughly at the time I joined and have posted several dealer links in past threads in an attempt to assist people with valuations.Won't happen again guys. Mikjo :(

I may be wrong and I hope that another Moderator will help me out here...but I'm pertty sure its ok to post links to dealers...I have and have seen others...
It is a rule not to post links to your own items or stores unless in the OPEN forum....
So maybe the reason the link was edited was because it was to the person's own item or maybe it was a bad link....just not sure about this one....

I like it when someone I have been posting with for a while gives a recommendation of a dealer they had a successful relationship with. I get turned off if I feel that someone is posting just to advertise. For me that is like spam.

Speedy is correct - posting links to a dealer's or sales site is permitted as long as it is not your own.
