Something strange with "LIBERTY" ?

    is it my eyes or is there something strange going on with this 1987 LIBERTY? What I'm seeing is to the left of the letter IBER and a little on the T. Seems like poor mans doubling but I don't want to call it that..I'm going to get a better magnifier, all I got is a 8x held up to an iPad.

    Classic incuse die deterioration doubling. Very common on 1987's.
