Something for my Half As collection or an RR ID quiz

    I have shown my cut RR Asses before. This week, I added a half denarius to the collection, see below.
    Can anyone ID the denarius? My best guess on limited searching is one of the many Cr 53s. That is based on the feathers in the helmet and scales on the helmet. I am not happy with the match though. I think the Dioscurii head on the coin looks like a later issue.

    You can see the cut on the silver coin. A chisel or knife cut more than half of the thickness. The rest is broken (irregular surface). The bronze coins do not have cuts. Their edges are irregular indicating less effort was given to producing something nearly half a coin.
