    Is it struck through? It looks almost like it took a hit. Those marks look like the reeding from another coin. Either way, it's funny :)

    It's struck through. Wish I could get better pictures. It's fairly deap. I've often wondered if, since most of the ones I've seen have similar ridge looking details, if it isn't made by a wire edge broken off of a previous struck coin.
