I picked these up recently, the first one is straightforward (a 1908) with an RPD on the 9 and 8 to the south. I say unlisted since I could not find it in my literature. Perhaps it is in Lawrence. This is a 1908-D dime, I'm not sure what to conclude about it, and it was impossible to get a good photo. There appears to be some repunching of the 9 on the inside of the tail, the 8 has possible repunching inside the loops (not really visible in photo), and the 0 has what looks like a piece of some other digit on the left interior. It almost looks like the base of a 1 or 9 tilted about 70 degrees CCW. Just to complicate things, both the 0 and 8 have die scratches in the loops.
well, as you know they are not listed in Flynn's 'Authorative Reference'. And they are not listed in Lawrence. Nice finds.
