    ...while diggin in the dirt over the years. They are all gone now. Sold on the bay for bill money. I miss em.

    Nice finds. I am slowly putting together a set myself. Man, there are a lot of coins in this series.

    It is amazing to see quality finds still in the dirt. Did you retone any of them or just soak them in water?

    It's a nice looking group of finds, especially for being in dirt. Too bad you had to get rid of them.

    Most of em I just give a quick hydrogen peroxide bath. Just takes all the dirt off. Our Michigan soil does most of the work. Keeps the old coppers looking nice. Jim

    Nice collection there, Jim. I'm trying to upgrade my IHC collection and am still missing 5 coins. The last few are a bit pricey in any decent condition. But I love a sharp indian head cent.
