Hey all, I picked these up at the NJ GSNA convention/show yesterday. The show is a fair sized 3 day event in central jersey sponsored by the Garden State Numismatic Assoc. I don't know very much at all about notgeld. If anyone has a link to some reference info on them, please post. I chose these two because I thought they were very interesting notes. Enjoy.

Niel, do a seach on google for notegeld. I was looking up somethign else, and recently noticed a book dedicated entirely to notegeld. I do not remember the name, but rest assured, one does exist
There are a number of books on notgeld but most of them are unfortunatly in German (I say unfortunate if you cant read it LOL) hopefuly Christian might be along soon and he can give a better response One that i do have though is 'A guide & checklist of World Notgeld 1914-1947' by Courtney L Coffing ISBN 0-87341-810-7 My volume cost $29.95 plus shipping and is 2nd edition and was printed in 2000, I hope that is of some help to you
For this type of notgeld -- Serienscheine -- I recommend Manfred Mehl's Deutsche Seriensheine. Sure it is entirely in German, but it is well illustrated.
