Yeah you can, help yourself. Foreign coin collectors have not really jumped on the toning bandwagon. Yes they are pretty, but not worthy of premiums so many US toned coins seem to believe they are worth. The only exception that comes to mind is in ancients. There, coins with hard green patina, and sometimes glossy black patina, can command pretty sizable premiums. However, unless you have a few centuries on your hands, they are not reproducible.
