Do people actually buy coins from etsy? I don't use etsy, but it is about the last place I would think of to buy coins from.
There are a FEW decent to good sites with some reputable people at decent prices. But overall it is many people selling coins as a side to antiques, ceramics, clothes, and just about anything else imaginable. I will look for some of the sites that are decent but these people also appear on other sites not just etsy.
@1953 I once saw a listing on ebay where the seller was selling 30 Bicentennial Washington Quarters for $300.00 They thought that they were so rare that they had to have a huge premium.. They never sold
People sell coins on a lot of websites, at one point in time ebay was "The" place to go for coins, those days are over.
First, welcome to the neighborhood! Strange username! It would be best if you started a new thread with good photos of both sides of your coin. Since condition is so important in estimating the value of any coin, it would be impossible for anyone to tell you what a coin is worth without seeing good photos. Chris
