Hey guy's...the Institute of Technology in Monterrey, Mexico where I picked up the $100 Peso notes (shown here obverse only and in a different thread).
These are but a few images. The $100 Peso note from was the Bank on Campus as well.

In the last image, the Institute spans from the slanted building (far right) to the left of the dark tower....it was a very relaxing and tranquil place to be. There are Students from 18 Countries in this school....very neat!!
    Enjoy!!

Great pictures. We went to Monterey as a boy in 1972 on a little vacation -- Dad, Mom, Bro, and me along with another family who were friends with my folks. LONG DRIVE!!! We stayed at a Ramada Inn locally called the Hillside Hacienda. From there mom and dad took us to Satillo (sp) to supposedly see Pancho Villa's grave.

We even got two Switch Blade knives from a street vendor. The knives are still down in Tx at the old farm in Leon County with most of my toys as a boy... Time flies doesn't it?

I was in Mexico at just about the same time you were. Here are a couple of pics of my trip, all taken in Monterrey or very close to keep it on topic :D It's a really beautiful area, love the mountains.
