Some new toners I picked up.

Let's see who can guess the grades.

Bugly bullion(my opinion only) - at this point it would not grade, and no telling what it looked like when graded. I do like the other three - 64,63,64.

Well, I was going to guess 64 across the board.

The obverse of the Barber quarter must have some nasty problems, because the reverse sure looks nice. Are there hairlines hiding beneath the toning?

What was/is their problem with that 1892? It appears to me to have descent luster and relatively few nicks.

The quarter looks like a 64 to me much better than the dime.

I agree with rlm - what is wrong with the 1892? The pictures show pretty good luster - is it subdued in hand? Even then I would still expect higher. Heck - I expected a 58 before a 60-62. I waffled between 63 and 64, before going with 64.

I may be really bad at discerning between the various MS grades but even I know that 1892 25C looks better than MS60.

    I'm guessing it was this

I am still surprised at a 60. I guess that could be visible enough at the right angles, but unless that luster is gone, I would still expect a 61 or most likely 62.
