    Hello all,
One of our local antique stores has a small selection of coins. I had about 15 minutes to kill after work today so I decided to stop by and look through his 2 for $1 box. Here's what I picked out of there today. Needless to say I'll be stopping by there again very soon. Let me know what you think!
    Thanks,
    N.E.V.

I'm not an expert on this time period but looks like a cool find for so cheap, you might have gotten a good deal on them. I've heard of people getting silver coins out of the bargin box at their coin store. I'll have to keep a look out at my antique store

Very nice! Can't lose at 50 cents a piece for something that old. I got a 1792 France and 1854 France out of the $1 box at one of my local dealers last week. And yes, I would go back there again if I was you. :)

My coin dealers do not have a dollar box. Lucky you to those that have that kind of sand box to play in. I really like the coins from the 1800's.

Thankyou for posting. Nice to read and see.

Wish our stores had stuff like that!

We don't have those kind of deals here either.. Junk boxes here are usually old silver dimes or quarters and are not even cheap...
