Tryin to figure out what this coin is for someone, not a very detailed picture at all, and very little information.... It says 1972, and all she can make out is charollet and 2 cents she thinks. heres the pic coin
I can't see the picture. It seems to be on a page that is not open to general access. "Charollet" is not the name, or in the name, of any country or denomination listed in Krause. Krause lists 66 countries - from Australia through Maylasia to Zimbabwe - that have used the denomination "cents" since 1901, so there's not much chance of IDing the coin without a decent picture.
