http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...IC&its=I%2BC&itu=UA%2BUCI&otn=15&po=LVI&ps=54 Just another example of stupid ebay sellers. Apparently I missed a century somewhere, because now a 1909 lincoln cent is considered "200 years old."
This is a good example of why people need to go over their auctions, to make sure there are no mistakes (or just go back to school )
The coin just entered its second century. To some I guess that means it is 200 years old. (The same bad math tells them the 21st Century began in 2000 instead of 2001.)
Apparently the seller did some modifications to the listing. It used to say 200 years old. Maybe the seller is a member on this forum? Edit: Oh I see, I guess Ryan and I posted at the same time lol.
As long as there are no bids on your auction, you may edit the title.. after a bid, you're stuck with any mistakes you've made.
