Pretty neat. Some of them are worth way more than melt for instance the Chinese and Japanese silver coins.
Probably, but I haven't tried to I.D. the Jap' and have got marginal results on the Chinese example. I know your pretty good, any ideas?
Chinese coin would be from Kwangtung Province (Guangdong) - issued around 1890 - 1908 ish. Denomination is 1.44 mace or 20 cents. Japanese coin is a 50 sen coin issued in 1928.
Hard to say - probably ten dollars each? Prices are all over the place for a while. Might get more for the Chinese coin. You might fear that it's heavily counterfeit (which it is) but I think it looks ok.
