Looks like someone is just trying to build up feedback.

I dont know maybe but I do not think I would trust anyone who has to build up feedback this way.

Looking at some of their other items, nah, just stupid. There was one awhile back a guy was selling $2 bills for $1 with free shipping. It was a site that sold car parts and the poster said that while on vacation his partner smarted off to some guys and got some bad feedback so he was wanting to front load some good feedback.

So where is the bogus part of his auction? Unless, of course, you have previously bought from him and not received the item he claimed he was selling his auction appears completely legit.

The fact that one may not be interested in bidding on an item--even the fact that one considers the lot to be "obvious bullcrap" doesn't make the seller a "bogus seller".

I can understand using small item sales to boost feedback as long as they are legit. At least he’s not claiming to be selling a 1907 St. Gaudens High Relief mixed in with his dollar bills.

I mean really, as long as the seller isn't trying to deceive anyone and they deliver on any promises they make, I see nothing wrong with selling common junk to boost feedback. It's pretty hard to sell something pricey if you have a low feedback score.
