So-Called Dollars: Help!

To anyone who has been able to purchase the new edition of So-Called Dollars (Hibbler & Kappens):

Please advise if there are any listing for either:

1) Whitman Publishing: for example: the 1991 100th Anniversary of the ANA, made in tin,brass plated (I think);
2) The Whitman: 50th Anniversary, Red Book, from 1997;
3) the 60th anniversary Limited edition medal, as slabbed by ANACS, for the red book, with Yeoman & Bressett on the obverse.

Or: Any other items for either Whitman or the Guide Book (Red Book or Blue Books).
