IVNO CONSERVATRIX - Juno, the protectress or preserver, is the counterpart to the role of her husband as IOVI CONSERVATORI. She is typically depicted wearing the stola with a palla as a veil, holding a patera and the hasta pura, and generally with a peacock at her feet. This avatar of Juno appears on coins of Julia Mamaea, Otacilia Severa, and Salonina. Post your coins of Juno or anything you feel is relevant!
