Smooth edged dime

    I came across a strange dime. This one is a Roosevelt from 200?I would like to know the cause of the smoothed, worn edges. Could it be from the mint, or is it somebody's "handiwork" with a hammer? IMG_7609.JPG IMG_7612.JPG .
