I'm going to cheat, because this token is neither ancient nor a coin -- but it's definitely rather small, and definitely has a horse on it. It's a bronze Edward VII 1902 coronation model half-farthing, with St. George (and his horse) and the Dragon on the reverse. It's 15 mm. and weighs 1.5 grams.
Wow, looks a lot like his Sovereign and Half-Sovereign that I have. I had never heard of the Models. I looked them up, and it seems a very neat area of collecting.
