Smoking Lincoln And Other Oddities

My Searching Today brought these items.
First we have Lincoln With a Cigar? 1991 D
The Second we have An Smoke coming from his nose?? 1991
(I wish both issues were on the same coin)
And Third Researching an earlier MD 1970S I noticed it was nearly missing the Initials on reverse .
