Anybody who searches Sacs or presidential dollars has seen quite a few differences in the overall look of the coins. I've seen dull finishes, bright and lustrous, multi-colored.... Does anybody know whats going on with these? I've heard something about experimental washes but even that is a bit of a mystery to me. Or how about what the weight is likely to be if it's missing a clad layer? These dollars throw me for a loop as there seem to be so many issues with them
