Small Cent Blank

    I'm trying to find out how to value a Small Cent blank that has never been struck. Does anyone know where I can go to value this coin?

    Acording to the 2004 Redbook, sorry I don't have the 2005, has the following prices for blank planchet's (which have a rim)

    95 % copper $3

    Steel $18

    Zinc $1.50

    If it is a blank, no rim from upsetting mill, than it is worth slightly more.
