Here is what they are......... unfortunately I am not a currency expert.

Found in my grandmothers old house I now live in. Still looking for the $500 notes she was always rumored to stash....

All the notes have a fold down the middle of them. I found them that way... :(

Three 1963B series Federal Reserve Notes

G00855368I G00855369I G00855370I , I know sequentially numbered serials are good. All three are gem crisp but that damn fold

Blue Seal, Silver Certificates, all with folds down middle :(

The $500 note really catches your eye. Hope your search is fruitful.

I have seen/held only one in my life. I took it off of a drug dealer from Illinois that had stopped in a Michigan rest area along the highway. As I remember, it showed signs of swapping hands a few times.

check those squeaky loose floorboards ;)

what Im wondering: how much does the fold down the middle take away from the value. But as for sequential numbers, as was mentioned in this thread: Yeah, I like sequential numbers. Maybe all the price guides will start addressing prices for sequential notes at least in groups of twos or threes. A month ago I bought two PMG graded $50 bills. Im not sure if I overpaid or not. But they are CU 64, sequential notes, 1934 series. I paid $340. I bought them from Heritage. One of the things people have said on this site in the past couple of years is to look at recent Heritage auctions. Two sequential $50 notes, 1934, in CU 64 grade, probably could be priced anywhere from $400 on up. I like sequential notes though. Thats my preference right now, in the lower denomination small-size notes. A dealer on ebay had a batch of THREE consecutive $50 bills, 1950 series, CU condition. He took my best-offer of $300 for the three bills. At the bank, I deposited a batch of 30 $2 bills and a batch of two ungraded $50 bills, (with billfold creases) to help pay for my set of 1950 $50 triplets!!! ....any hikers on this site? ...one of these days, somebody is gonna find the stash of bills that D.B. Cooper had, when he jumped out of the airplane!!!!

Somebody found some of them. They were listing them on ebay for a small fortune. The notes were pretty damaged.

Something tells me that the FBi has all those serials on those bills recorded.....

Anyway, I just realized that the Three 1963B notes are Barr notes. Not rare, but still neat
