I have a 1928 wheat penny from Philadelphia and it looks like it has a small "2" in the date, is this an error, and is it common? (Camera quality is very bad, working on fixing it. No pictures attached)
As posted before, without photos, you are asking us to judge and opine as a non-sighted person. Do you have a scanner? You could scan the items and then upload them to CT.
Well, then, they didn't make any small 2s that year, they only made regular 2s. So, hope that helps...
