Are there any laws on who can start a slabbing company? Or is it open to anyone with some plastic holders and foil stickers? I have seen some strange company slabs on Ebay I have never heard of and that don't seem to be grading very well. Ms-70's that even to a newb like me seem to be pocket change. Oh I forgot, you have to have the right number and types of Intials to "sound" official too.
that is where the reputation of the TPG's comes into play. There are only two right now that i would trust of course that could change.
