What Would be the best place for a young collector to find certified PCGS coins in National Park Quarters,State Quarters,Kennedy Halves,or 2009 Bicentennial Pennies, or Western Journey Nickles.

eBay. You'll probably find the best prices there by being patient.

Haha! I haven't even looked there, but that website name makes me not want to. It makes me think of shopping at Wal-Mart.

I agree with eBay. PF69 DCAM and most PF66-67+ are dirt cheap when bought through no reserve auctions.

I agree with Cheap Slabs. You have to look beyond the cover. I've always had good luck dealing with this quality company, but like all sources, know what you want and use due diligence.

Cheap slabs is good. I'd also check out the bargain boxes at any coin show.
