I have never used them but offer an opinion. They are relatively new. Their inventory is somewhat weak. They don't supply pictures of their higher priced merchandise. Out of three, they have only one coin collector listed under their "customers" heading. (His site is also relatively new.) Their prices are at best, average; but they do offer PayPal and with it you will be under PayPal's protection umbrella. Would I buy from them? Probably not. Nothing there to warrant it.
Interesting never user them. The only thing I don't like is they charge return fees for using paypal. I can understand, but not sure I like it.
