    What is the "number 1 varieties" you're referring to?
     
  4. The number one on top position are slightly difference in both serial number once you notice

    I believe the A/1 is part of the overall serial number.

    Singapore series 1976/1979 notes had bird vignettes on $1, $5, $10, $20 and $50 denominations. The notes got physically slightly larger as the denomination increased. Very colorful notes.
