Just wanted to get your thoughts on this one. I know that the pics are not the best. I have requested additional photos. I'm worried about the tone on it. I also know that PCI is not the best for grading. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300284893870&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123
Grade is close, possibly a bit lower and it appears to have been dipped. Other than that, it looks otay to me too. :kewl: Ribbit
I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. It says the grading company is PCGS in the description, they are liars.
It might be a low AU, hard ot say based on those pics. But I think this might be just a bit misleading - Item Specifics - US Coins Grade: AU 58 Mint: Philadelphia Certification: PCGS Material: Silver Certification Number: ****** 001 Method of Manufacture: -- Condition: Uncirculated I rather think ebay would pull that auction if it was reported.
So you are thinking it has been dipped and retoned, or dipped and let tone natural. I'm having a hard time with this one. The photos aren't much help for me, can't even verify the grade.
I think you should pass. This isn't a rare enough trime to have regrets about buying. But what do I know I just got through with 6 hours of free drinks
