What’s the thinking on the possible appreciation (or lack of) of the Silver State Quarter proofs? Not sure how many were minted and how collectable they will be. Wondering if collectors will just be happy with clad quarters. Picked up the 04 and 07 sets (just coins, no box or papers) for $ 20 a set. Not sure if sell them or hold on to them. Thoughts?
Because melt value is currently $3.46 each x 5 = $17.30 per set, you did pretty well. IMO, these silver proofs will also have numismatic value as well. TC
