Hey guys and gals, looking for some info on a penny that I found today, and ive never seen one like it, although im sure someone here on the forum has. 1943 Silver Wheat Penny no mint mark (philly?) 1907 5 cent piece 1942 liberty half dollar 2-1937 Indian head nickeles and a 1943 liberty dime
Alright lets start at the top...we can't say for sure what your coins are worth with out seeing photos...the grade will make the price go up or down. The 1943 cent is steel and not silver...I see them selling for about 5 cents each most of the time BUT they can be worth much more. as for the others...photos would help alot. Speedy
Sorry I dont have a digital camera or a scanner but I can tell you the half dollar is in good condition same with the 2 buffalo nickels, the dime is alright and the 1907 dime is pretty worn on the back, had a tough time making out the V on the back. I could read all of the words on the outer rim of the coin, but like i said the V was pretty worn
What guide are you using to grade these coins? PhotoGrade would be a good book to get... You see when you say Good...that is a real grade...so I need to know! Ok...here is a guess...but I'm going to say that if your coins are lower grades (such as Good) they would be worth $5 or under--since you don't have photos that could change alot. Hope this helps-- Speedy
