    Maybe reverse with Roma seated left holding Victory or Nike?

    Definitely Antoninus Pius, AR denarius, 156-158 AD. Reverse - my guess is Ceres:

    Ceres, veiled, seated left, holding short sceptre (or torch?) in right hand and corn-ears in left arm.
