Shout out to Mike Noodle, per my emails and PMs, if you can provide the info I requested I am sure we can get this fixed for you. I do intend to do this again and want to make sure it works for everybody Thanks all!:smile:smile:smile
Mike, I received your email I did some investigation. First, these are beautiful coins. Anyway There were several issues. The first issue is the file size was too large for the system to accept. There is a setting on the server side that allows uploads up to 2 meg. If a file is bigger than that, the server ignores it and does not send a message back to the photo application. That is why it appeared to work. The 2nd problem is that I did not have the system setup to accept TIF files. I then set it up to accept tiffs, shrunk your file and uploaded it. It uploaded the file, but for some reason I cannot get tif files to work correctly. This has to do again on the server side with the host. I am investigation that further and until I can figure that out, I have taken TIF files back off the available list of acceptable files. I initially did not have TIF files. I do not recall why other than I must have read there was a problem with them. Once I took TIF off, I attempted to upload the TIF and it DID not give me an error message. Not sure why. I have asked technical support to let me know why. I was able to convert your file to JPG and uploaded it with no problem (after I reduced the file size). I use GIMP and it works well for that. I am sure there are others. If you want to take a look go ahead. I am going to delete it in a day or two. If you can convert to JPG, I would love to have them.
