I have many franklin halves and 64-70 Kennedy halves (all found at face value) is better to scrap them or to sell them as a collectible coin. None have that bad of damage only a little dirt. I don't know which will yield more proceeds . :desk:

Common date circulated is usually bullion.

1970-D only issued in mint sets. 1964 has a variety(heavily accented hair). Maybe the S mints if you have any. 1965 is the lowest mintage except for the ones I mentioned already with 65,879,366. Or maybe do a last year of the 90% and last year of the 40% set. Or if you can get some whitmans for cheap, try as a full set? Otherwise, bullion if you don't have the time to mess with them and get something you really want.
