A friend’s mother asked me to look at a box of old coins for her. Nothing exciting but a lot of well circulated currency. However she had 4 $1 silver certificate bills. All were well used and very wrinkled with minor tears on the edges. But one was the larger sized bill and I am wondering what, if anything, a buyer might give her for them
Of course one would have to see them but sparing you that inconvenience not a whole hell of a lot is your answer unfortunately...
Probably not much by the sounds of it but it's hard to say without knowing the series years. And with the larger-sized bill it will be important to know not only the series year but the signatures as well. While we're at it, what other denominations and series years are there? Any red seals or other silver certificates?
