This is a very crisp note. I've had this since I was a kid. I mean like they still circulated. I may have gone to the bank to get this one. Too many years ago to be sure but it's from my early life as a young boy in single digits.
Even my highly used ones are in a sleeve. I took it out for the photos but it's back inside now, nestled safely away.
I don't want to sound like I'm coming off as rude @Collecting Nut but, if you have a scanner, I'd highly recommend using it for imaging paper money. The best part about using a scanner is that you don't have to remove your notes from a mylar sleeve to image any notes you have. Anyway, here's a low-end note that I scanned in a few days ago on my Brother MFC-J480DW scanner.
A lot of current scanners have imbedded software to prevent you from scanning something recognizable as a banknote, especially dollar bills, euros etc. Which is why I use a now ancient HP flatbed scanner - but even Dutch notes from the 1930's and 1940's cannot scan on it - the fine printing produces moiré lines in a rainbow colour. Good job Joh Enschede en Zonen printing!
No scanner, just my cell phone. I have a desk top but no Internet on that as I can't get the Internet on it. We're too close to the creek and only a few homes on the road.
