Silver Cert. is SIGNED - can you read by whom?

    This came a pack that hasn't been out of the safe since the 60's...

    Any ideas? It was done on New Years Day...

    Hmm, looks like John Aittrik? Google didn't hit that. Maybe a different first and last letter in the last name?

    I wonder what the context was? A sporting event (UT game?) Political?

    I think the first letter's a W, as in Wittrik.
