    The KM number is a reffrence to the Krause world catalouge
    So here goes LOL

    KM 149
    weight 14.9700g
    0.8000 silver
    6269 minted
    and the copy I have has it at $23 in fine condition

    There was also a 5R produced in nickle plated copper

    Those coins are fairly scarce, they are selling in South Africa for $200 a piece. Mintage of only 6000. Minted for Mandela's inauguration.
