I keep findings several pennys in my rolls that arnt exactly off center but there clearly not ""right on the mark"" is the only thing that comes to mind with them. for example a 1993 D penny that i just pulled out of my change. im guessing if its so common no real preminum but i would like to know how that keeps poping up in my coinage.
could be a mis-alined dies...I know what your talking about and put them away if one side of the rim is totally off, not worth big $$ but neat
well the whole obverse and occasionally reverse is a little off but not to the point anythings missing.
