Signs Around Amphora

    I acquired this silver coin because of the amphora and the meaningful signs on reverse. The obverse shows an Emperor that I can't identify. Though the reverse reads in Latin
    TRIPOT down, and possibly AUGUM up. It weighs 2.65 g. can you guess what it is? Thanks..

    Nice one! It's a denarius of the Emoeror Vespasian

    Like mine.

    I’m digging the reverse and don’t have a Vespasian. May have to buy the one I posted the link to.

    It's a very common coin (C3) so not much. The link above is about average.
