Although this edition is Limited to 5,000 Certified pieces, no more than 1,500 have been made due to the 400% rise in cost for the 2001-S Sacagawea. The contract to issue more is now expired! The mint director signed them? They are in PCGS slabd so I am confident they are real but what is the story behind them. Still trying to learn, Watson
They are real, but I seriously doubt they will be worth in the future what many are willing to pay for them today.
