Does the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies count? i have no idea of they were minted on the Island of Sicily proper or on the Italian peninsula. For some reason, I come across many more 1800s coppers from Naples than from Sicily.

    That's a nice 20 litrae!

Here are three coins from Sicily, three ancients, the other from 1791:

Syracuse, Deinomenid Tyranny, tetradrachm, c. 475-465 BC

    Syracuse, Second Democracy, tetradrachm, c. 460 - 406 BC.

    D-Camera Syracuse reshoot tetradrachm, 2nd democracy 460-406 BC, 17.3 g 12-2-20.jpg

    Syracuse, Agathokles, tetradrachm, 317-289 BC.

    D-Camera Syracuse Tetradrachm, Agathokles 5-15-20.jpg
    Sicily, Ferdinand IV, oncia, 1791

    D-Camera Ferdinand IV, Sicily, oncia, 1791 Money Company, 1990, 68.2g 11-24 -20.jpg

I have a few other ancients and world coins from Sicily that I still to photograph, and I hope to do so soon.
